Our client is seeking a highly motivated customer centric Service Advisor to join their Rockhampton team.  Qualifications & experience Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal  skills to handle correspondence, answer inquiries, create services bookings  Current Drivers License Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Exceptional customer service skills Previous experience in a customer service role preferred   Tasks & responsibilities Manage and schedule service appointments based on the availability of technicians and parts Welcome customers and assist them with vehicle service inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Communication with the customer throughout the day with updates, approvals on additional works recommended and confirmation of handover time.
