And being at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry gives our teams constant opportunities to build on their technical expertise.YOUR ROLEManagement of staff in assigned area (including but not limited to rostering, performance management etc)Achieve the production schedule ensuring safety, quality and labour & materials standards are met.Ensure compliance with all company occupational health, safety and environment policies and work practicesManaging resources and people to achieve production planContribute to the development and implementation of improvement projects in your area of responsibilityYOUR EXPERIENCEExperience in a supervisory role and developed people management skillsPrevious work in a Manufacturing environmentProven experience of managing conflicting priorities and adaptabilityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSound conceptual and analytical skills; root cause analysis and investigation skills.Desirable qualifications - Minimum of Certificate IV in Competitive Enterprise (Lean) or Diploma in Frontline Management (or equivalent leadership training)Appropriate Technical / Trade qualifications are desirableWE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLYAfter you have applied, you will receive an email acknowledging your application.
