HARRISONS Harrisons was established in 2009 by Founder and MD, Claire Harrison who has built the business to a team of 15 delivering HR consulting and outsourcing services to SME, NFP and large organisations mostly across South-East Queensland. THE ROLE Harrisons need an experienced admin professional to take responsibility for the office and business admin functions.

Reporting to the MD, you will take care of the day-to-day office and business admin including:

  • Marketing and sales support - proposals, tenders, events/webinars, edms, CRM, social media (supported by marketing consultant).
  • Finance and accounts - invoicing and payroll in Xero, WorkflowMax job setup and reporting, accounts payable and receivable.
  • People and culture - organise team events and meetings, awards programs, onboarding new employees.
  • Client service delivery support for HR consulting projects.
  • Office management, process and systems - facilities, supplies, insurances, maintenance, IT, SharePoint/Office 365.
  • EA to MD.

  • Previous experience as an office manager/admin preferably in professional services.
  • Strong Office 365 skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • System experience desirable but not essential - SharePoint, Xero, WorkflowMax/Xero Practice Manager, and a CRM such as ActiveCampaign.
  • A business qualification is well regarded.
