ABOUT THE ROLE Home Care Workers provide services to our customers who live in their own homes. You will provide high quality care and support services in accordance with the individual needs and wishes of each older person and, in doing so, you will enable them to remain living at home independently.As a Home Care Worker, you will provide excellent customer service. You will follow the tasks as directed per the Support Plan, such as personal care, general housekeeping and assistance.
