ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven Distribution Systems Analyst to join our I.T team at the Cotton On Group, Global Support Centre. You will be responsible for analysing distribution systems performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and cost of business. You will support and enhance warehouse management system functionality, including mechanisation and automation, across the global network of distribution centres. You will coordinate continuous improvement initiatives that deliver benefits to team members and customer experience, as well as lead the implementation of new systems projects and capabilities that enable us to drive DC efficiencies and best practices. We are looking for someone who has a passion for driving operational system efficiencies and delivering practical insights and new capabilities to improve performance. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Analyst role within a related industry with comparable scale of operation
  • Proven experience in high volume and highly complex global supply chain/logistics operations
  • Must have a strong understanding and demonstrated experience working with Manhattan warehousing management system and technology
  • Preferred experience with sortation and packing automation systems and technology
  • Ability to engage and influence people to deliver on our vision and IT best practices
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing and maintaining vendor relationships
  • Demonstrable analytical problem solving and research skills, to identify opportunities
  • High level of attention to detail, organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver projects end to end, from conception to implementation, including but not limited to requirements gathering, design, development and testing
