2025 Warehousing Traineeship

We are looking for a school leaver to join our team as a stores and warehousing trainee, based out of Talbingo, NSW. This traineeship will see you supporting the supply chains operations and assisting the stores team with a range of administration tasks such as purchasing, stock control, distribution, storage and disposal. A traineeship with Snowy Hydro is a unique opportunity to complete a nationally accredited tertiary qualification whilst gaining real world, on-the-job experience. To be a Snowy Hydro trainee, you will be someone who is finishing year 12 in 2024, and has a strong desire to learn and a curiosity about how business works, is committed to furthering their skills and knowledge through on-the-job learning and studying, can ‘think outside the box', help the team problem-solve and bring new ideas to the business, is a strong communicator with good interpersonal skills and enjoys being part of a team, has a keen eye for detail, good time management skills and the ability to handle different tasks, Hold a ‘C' class drivers licence (Provisional licence as a minimum is a must) is proactive, punctual and reliable, and shares the Snowy Hydro values of safety, teamwork, agility, decency, ownership and courage. As a trainee, you will be employed on a full-time 24-month contract and be paid to learn and expand your knowledge and experience (adding valuable skills and experience to your CV). Upon successful completion of your course, have gained an accredited Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations. be working with experts in their field, who will teach, mentor and support you through every step of your traineeship. build a supportive peer network with all levels within the business to share your ideas and experiences.
