Industrial (Automotive) Spray Painter

The growing demand for our products and services has increased production and we are now seeking experienced Industrial (Automotive) Spray Painters to join the team at our manufacturing facility in Bundaberg. About the Role Our Painters provide a superior quality paint finish on our world class equipment. Duties include:  Preparing surfaces to be coated by using various methods (by hand or machine), including but not limited to abrasive blasting, high pressure water washing or power wire brushing, to remove grease, dirt and rust. Mixing and matching paint to ensure correct colour match.  Applying body filler, primer, primer filler, top coat and clear coat using both airless systems and hand held pot spray guns.  Filling imperfections and dents to obtain the desired surface finish.  Touching up paintwork and apply polish to vehicles.  Masking areas that are not to be painted.
