Market Leading Logistics Company looking to grow admin team based in Northern Gold Coast

Your new company Your new company are a hugely successful organisation that operate in over 100 countries making them a global leader in their field. Operating for over 75 years to clients in both the residential and commercial space servicing their needs within structures & logistics, Energy infrastructure, Transport and Commercial Real Estate.

Your new role Your new role will be seated within the Brisbane rentals team and your main objective us to support the SE Qld sales team with their administration and managing the fleet hire customer requirements whilst delivering excellent customer service.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Assisting walk in customers
  • Telephone enquiries
  • Following up sales and rental enquiries with customers
  • Assisting Sales reps with preparing quotes
  • Liaising with clients
  • Management and allocation of fleet buildings
  • Secure contracts for both sale and hire of products and services
  • Maintenance of sales paperwork and Sales tracker
  • Reporting

What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in this role you must have

  • Confidence
  • Comfortability with selling relevant products and services when can
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Great telephone manner
  • Keen eye for detail
  • The ability to work independently
  • Be self-motivated
  • Punctuality
