Your purpose would be to maintain and monitor stock data integrity and stock shrinkage through the ongoing provision of inventory related process, management and support for both stores and support office. Your key responsibilities will be: Reporting into the EDI & Inventory Manager, this is an administrative and support role which includes, but is not limited to the following: Monitoring stock accuracy at stores Weekly reporting on Inventory KPI’s Key contact for support to store teams on stock related issues Liaise with internal and external teams to identify and resolve issues Continually review, update, implement and train processes Direct involvement in preparation and execution of the stocktake process with all TAF owned stores Product Data Implementation Electronic Data Interchange Management (EDI) and AP21 Assist Inventory Manager with additional stock related or administrative duties and initiatives To be successful you will have: At least 2 years retail experience Basic to Intermediate MS Office skills Strong store Inventory knowledge with an understanding of POS and Back End systems Interest in Inventory Management and Stock Integrity Excellent problem-solving skills High attention to detail Strong analytical skills and eye for accuracy Ability to multitask and prioritise Excellent communicator, both verbal and written skills Display initiative and organised Affiliation with Accent Group Core values “Make it Happen” attitude At Accent Group Limited we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and inclusion.
