About the role

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As a Relationship Specialist , you will be responsible for the retention of our high-value employers. You will focus on providing outstanding service delivery and highly professional engagement to ensure that employers continue to choose Australian Retirement Trust (ART) as their provider. You will be accountable for the success of the relationship at the payroll level for a book of employers.

This will include operating as an advocate for and regularly liaising with payroll staff to provide a seamless, tailored, and a one-stop-shop service for each employer that is optimised at every point. In detail, this means optimising data/processing issues.

It is expected that the Relationship Specialist will provide a direct and high-quality level of support to the Relationship Managers to enable them to maintain strong relationships with these employers. You will also be required to also respond to more complex member enquiries.

This role is available as a permanent/ full-time opportunity .

About you
