Senior Experience Designer

The Senior Experience Designer is responsible for architecting user experiences grounded in evidence and aligned to strategic objectives. You will play an essential role alongside our team of pioneers in delivering beautiful, usable, and valuable digital products and services for many of Australia's most ambitious brands. Your Impact: You bring a strategic, customer-centric approach that consistently drives impactful outcomes. Your design decisions stem from existing data or new insights which you continually seek to find. By being involved in the entire project you ensure that the user experience vision is carried through to implementation, always striving to transcend function to connect emotionally with the user. You are at the forefront of technology and generative interfaces to push the boundaries of user experience. What You'll Do: Integrate with cross-discipline teams: Partner with experience designers, strategists and technologists to deliver end-to-end projects through discovery, definition, solution, and build phases. Apply Psychology & Behavioral Science: Inform design decisions with UX psychology and behavioural science to ensure digital products and services resonate deeply with customers. Setup Research: Plan and facilitate the design research process to uncover human truths and solve for the end-user, always championing an evidenced based design approach Architect Design Systems: Define and scale intelligent design systems for for web and mobile applications adhering to usability and accessibility standards and to meet the diverse needs of businesses Information architecture: Set organisational schemes and structure to define information within and across digital channels Raise Standards & Design Craft: Enhance all process and production artefacts through exceptional visual communication and compelling storytelling What We Offer: Collaborative and Connected Environment: Work alongside peers in Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, and Wellington-surrounded by some of the brightest minds in their fields-to deliver world-class experiences as part of our global network. Strategic and customer-centric mindset; always thinking beyond the interface, you consider the interdependencies within the entire service delivery model. Strong verbal and visual communication skills to articulate design decisions and strategies Proven track record of delivering successful digital products to market, with hands-on involvement throughout the entire product lifecycle, from inception to continual optimisation.
