We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join a leading PropertyDeveloper. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. Manage all incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments. Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management. Provide general support to the office staff and management team. Assist with organizing and coordinating company events and functions. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients, visitors, and employees. Uphold a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information. Requirements: Previous experience as a receptionist or administrator is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Professional appearance and demeanor. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
