You will provide day-to-day assistance, guidance, support and empowerment to help young people achieve their goals. The role is a casual opportunity offering flexible work arrangements, consistent lines of work and great work-life balance.  Shift times are as below but can vary: AM: 0800 - 1600 PM: 1600 - 2200 + (2200 - 0600 Passive) + 0600-0800 Responsibilities:   Your responsibilities will include: Establish a secure and nurturing home environment for at-risk young people  Offer guidance and support with personal care requirements including meal assistance and hygiene routines   Provide transportation for school, appointments and community activities  Foster the development of skills and socialisation within the local community, alongside promoting positive pro-social peer interactions   Support in the administration of medications and associated reporting requirements for children on Child Protection orders    Provide trauma-informed care to young people who display complex behavioural issues and traumatic backgrounds   Engage in the Trauma Recovery practice framework and undertake Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) within the first three months of your employment Apply Now and let your DCC adventure begin!
