General Administrator

This fantastic opportunity at our Emerald for a General Administrator, would suit someone who has previously worked in a workshop or dealership environment in a Parts, Stores, Service Advisor, Warranty, General Admin or Receptionist position.The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:Service Admin:Opening/closing jobs, parts and timesheet allocation to jobs and invoicingFollow up of post warranty and service workPlanning of job schedules & booking workshop jobsAccounts Payable & Receivable procesingDebtor/Creditor managementAdditionally, when needed; you will help out in the areas of:ReceptionDaily banking & cash managementAccounts payable & receivable processingDebtor/creditor managementYou will bring the following skills and experience to the role: Prior service, administration & accounts experience Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Strong organisational and prioritisation skills Ability to work well within a team environment Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Professional presentation About the RDO 'Extras':As an RDO Equipment employee we partner with employees to give a little extra, here's some of our benefits....
