Vintage Assistant Winemaker - St Hallett

Key responsibilities: As a Vintage Assistant Winemaker, some of the tasks you may be involved in include; •    Work with a ‘hands on' approach to creating our premium wines •    Prepare work orders within specifications •    Participate in daily ferment tastings •    Oversee daily grape intake and processing  •    Ensure compliance with wine specifications •    Drive exceptional levels of winery hygiene and general housekeeping.   What you'll bring: Essential; •    Full working rights – visa holders included •    A passion for wine and winemaking •    Strong written and verbal communication skills •    Enthusiasm, reliability and energy •    A willingness to get your hands dirty every now and then •    A tertiary qualification in winemaking or a related science.   Desirable; •    Previous vintage winemaking experience •    Forklift licence.   Applications before Friday 18 October, for your best chance in gaining a position with Accolade Wines – St Hallett Winery for vintage 2025 apply now!
