Reporting to Head of Property, Myer is looking for a Retail Property Manager to manage and optimise the performance of Myer’s Property assets to align with the primary customer and improve productivity through support and implementation of the Myer store strategy, and other entities of the Myer Group as applicable. Permanent role in our Property, Store Development & Services team Be a part of a wide selection of projects – every day will be different! Flexible hybrid working model – work from our centrally located Docklands office, store locations & the comfort of your own home About the role: Property management of Myer stores, distribution centres and other Myer Group entities as applicable Optimisation of occupancy costs and identify potential areas for costs minimisation Management of occupancy dispute resolution with landlords Management of BAU property management issues raised by internal and external stakeholders Expand capability of the role through contribution towards negotiations across the Myer Group as it relates to property costs Ensure ongoing emphasis of the importance the role has towards relationships with internal and external stakeholders 100% accuracy of contract management, execution, and updates to Myer’s Property Management System (LeaseEagle) About you: 5 years+ experience in an equivalent role in retail, preferably tenant side Experienced and highly competent in the administration of LeaseEagle Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and also autonomously Results driven with the ability to meet goals, targets and deliver business plan objectives Strong business acumen, financial and analytical skills A proactive self-starter with high level of initiative and strong ability to work independently Excellent communication skills that are clear, confident and concise through all mediums, with the ability to influence at all levels Solid negotiation and customer service skills Exceptional organisational skills as demonstrated by the ability to set and meet deadlines, multi-task, and attention to detail Ethical and responsible as demonstrated through the adherence to Myer’s governance policies Deep understanding of the competitive landscape Benefits to you: Generous team member discounts on all Myer products, including team-member exclusive discounts Access to lifestyle leave and volunteer leave – arrange work around your life, not life around work!
