The Workplace Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the office environment which includes services such as building security, print & mail, workplace concierge, and general facilities related tasks such as preventative and adhoc maintenance and coordination of vendors and contractors.

Your new role

As a Workplace Services Coordinator you'll be a key member of our Perth Workplace team responsible for coordinating the resources necessary to ensuring our workplace runs smoothly and efficiently and helping to curate a positive experience for all internal and external visitors.

  • Maintain the many platforms that Workplace Services use to provide a high level of service such as the locker management, contractor management, way finder/space utilisation
  • Maintain the integrity of the access control and CCTV system, including management of security passes for staff and contractors
  • Deliver an exceptional level of service face to face whilst at the Workplace Concierge Desk
  • Responsible for sourcing and purchasing of office supplies, equipment and invoicing processing
  • Coordinate, schedule and track planned preventative maintenance program and ad hoc works
  • Maintain KPMG’s cleaning standards across the base build and tenant cleaning scope through regular iteration with cleaning contractor
  • Play a key role in keeping the workplace safe and compliant by carrying out OH&S inspections/audits and coordinating the emergency warden and First aid teams
  • Work closely with our Corporate Hospitality and Digital Collaboration teams in providing an exceptional experience for our internal and external clients
  • Collect, open, sort, deliver incoming mail and courier items
  • Assist with digital printing jobs requested by the business
  • Ensure all operational requests from customers are actioned and completed efficiently

  • Outstanding organisational skills, a strong ability to prioritise competing demands
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the commercial facilities environment (soft services)
  • A strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to customer service
  • Experience in professional services will be highly advantageous
