What We Need

What You Will Do

  • Reporting to the Senior Product Manager (Sports), you will be responsible driving marketing execution for the Australian and New Zealand markets. You will participate in the following:

  • Work with Australian Marketing Team to build integrated marketing plans that target specific audiences through unique consumer journeys and experiences.

  • Take a lead role in the briefing process for both internal and external creative needs

  • Responsible for trafficking creative assets from internal teams to external agency, partners and teams.

  • Contribute to channel marketing strategy and manage the day-to-day relationship with channel/sales.

  • Liaise between media, channel and creative teams to build brand assets for paid media & retail campaigns within required timelines

  • Contribute to event briefs, and manage event teams to ensure effective & on budget execution of brief

  • Liaise with Commercial and Analytics teams to mine data and insight into consumer behaviors in each market

  • Be a true expert on our products, our consumers, our competitors, and culture

  • Be responsible for local age rating submission process.

  • Product & marketing presentations to retailers and external partners.

Who We Think Will Be a Great Fit

  • 3-5 years of experience marketing experience working for a consumer brand, on the brand, media and/or agency side
  • Experience executing paid media & retail marketing campaigns
  • Highly creative and organized, detail-oriented and deadline driven
  • Excellent multi-tasking and self-management skills - are able to take direction and constructive feedback
  • Above average knowledge of NBA players and products
  • Average knowledge of video games
  • Ability to seamlessly integrate into existing marketing team, and build trust and credibility with global teams, commercial, and other internal & external partners
  • Self-starter, able to take ownership over tasks and carry them throughout to the end
