An exciting opportunity for an experienced Services Mobilisation Coordinator to join the Capella Capital team on the Frankston Hospital Redevelopment Project. This is a 2-year fixed-term contract based at Frankston Hospital. In this pivotal role, you will support the mobilisation and preparation for the performance of the Services and implementation of the operational phase plans. This will involve working with the project parties to ensure Exemplar Health (Capella Capital, Compass, Honeywell and Lendlease) achieves its contractual milestones for the services mobilisation. The Services Mobilisation Coordinator will report directly to the CEO of Project Co and as a key member of the Project Co team, liaise closely with, Honeywell, Compass, Lendlease, State and Peninsula Health (PH). Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsible for ensuring the planning and timely execution of the mobilisation and operational commencement requirements. Coordinate the agreement, and implementation of the services specifications and associated compliance regime with the Services Contractor's, State and PH. Oversee the mobilisation planning and implementation of the Services, including the Mobilisation Plan and Employee Transition Sub-Plan and Workforce Development Plan. Working with all stakeholders to document and communicate Peninsula Health requirements in relation to Services, development of the Services Plans, and mobilisation, transition and relocation, including timely adoption of Transferred Equipment in alignment with contractual milestones. Active management of the relevant services streams of the Completion and Transition processes, chairing of meetings as required. Communicating and liaising with the State and Peninsula Health concerning planning for the services mobilisation. Working closely with all stakeholders to implement the performance management systems of Project Co for the Operational Phase. To be successful in this role you will bring: Tertiary qualification in health, infrastructure related field – engineering, architecture, construction management, project management or health related fields. Strong experience in facilities management and project management with successful delivery of a relevant project. Previous experience in management of multi-disciplinary teams is highly desirable. Experience in PPP project delivery is highly desirable. Leadership, problem solving, organisational planning skills.
