IAM Engineer

IAM Engineer Up to $175k including super Permanent Sydney based role Leading Financial Services client Role Overview IAM/Security Engineer role that would suit an Engineer with extensive experience in IAM technologies including Ping, ForgeRock or Okta etc. You'll be responsible for design, development and support of the application. Key Responsibilities Design, build, configure and implement IAM solutions on Ping identity products in an AWS environment. Assist with the setup of auto provisioning and de-provisioning of user identities across various systems and applications. Oversee the timely and accurate setup of user accounts and access rights based on business requirements. Conduct periodic security assessments of selected Azure, AWS and other platform privileged accounts to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements. Triage business requirement to advise on the appropriate solution options on the Ping platform. Review and update project handover and operation documents. Liaise with the CTO teams - Channels and Security Architecture teams to ensure design integrity and strategic alignment. Lead and mentor team members. Skills Required AS an experienced Engineer with extensive experience in IAM technologies including CyberArk, ForgeRock or Sailpoint, etc. you will have: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in identity and access management. Strong understanding of IAM principles, access controls, and security best practices. Proficiency in conducting reviews and security assessments. Understanding of the role of Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID in the IGA context and integrating with them. Familiarity with technologies such as SailPoint/Saviynt, CyberArk, AWS, and Azure etc. Experience with Active Directory management and privileged account reviews.
