UX Designer Our UX team is growing! Reporting into the General Manager, the position of UX Designer will join our experienced UX Designer and be given the autonomy to develop the Dropshipzone digital transformation. Working within a highly agile environment, the UX Designer will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end delivery of the enterprise design – including research and analysis, information architecture, iteration design and design systems. The main objective is to build coherent user experiences across B2B services and internal products. The Exciting Role: •Developing and executing processes to elevate Dropshipzone’s online presence through understanding our unique DNA. •Understand business opportunities, user needs, competitive landscape, and technical constraints to deliver products that drive user satisfaction and business growth. •Develop commercially feasible user-centric design solutions that meet team goals and business objectives. •Enhancing the overall eCommerce experience, building coherent user experience throughout the customer journey, ensuring the retailer and supplier interface is user friendly. •Developing a UX strategy and design through research, analytics, metrics and insights. •Use design practices across multiple platforms and devices including visual design, prototyping and user testing. •Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. •Help educate the wider team on the benefits of HCD principles.
