We anticipate a start of May 2024 for the successful candidate.    OurRecruitment Advisors are accountable for driving best practice end-to-end recruitment support for both White-and Blue-collar roles across our operational sites and corporate head office.    ABOUT THE ROLE:    Responsible for the coordination and management of the full cycle of recruitment including advertising, screening CVs, phone screens, interviews, pre-employment checks and offer preparation Work effectively with all Whittens hiring managers to provide end to end recruitment support Candidate management utilising the ATS –JobAdder from selection process to onboarding Undertake talent acquisition through a variety of methods including Advert sourcing, LinkedIn Searching, Social Media, Networking and Employee Referrals Candidate management through the selection process and onboarding Act as conduit between project team and mobilisation to ensure timely manning is achieved in line with the program Work as part of the team to support Employee Value Proposition and HR strategic deliverables including promoting diversity and inclusion ABOUT YOU: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role ideally within Civil Construction and/or resources sector Exposure and experience to White and/or Blue collar roles Experience using ATS/ LinkedIn Recruiter / Seek / social media platforms Adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work as part of a team  What we offer Whittens are committed to investing in our people, offering learning and development opportunities to build on the skills and experience you bring.  We will reward with the following: Competitive and attractive salary paid weekly Flexible work conditions including hybrid WFH Work amongst engaged leaders and collaborative teams Novated Lease options Paid Parental Leave scheme An inclusive culture that nurtures collaboration and high performance An opportunity to work with a range of roles and on a variety of remote Civil construction projects across Australia  Whittens is committed to workplace diversity.
