The role brings a variety of reception activities such as welcoming clients and answering calls, as well as some administrative support to the team. This role is ideal for someone who loves to make a great first impression for visitors and callers, but also loves creating order and refining processes. Receptionists are highly valued team members as they are the face of our centre and churchKey responsibilities· Bring your dynamic organisational skills to respond to incoming calls, emails and greeting of visitors,· Apply your well-honed IT skills to using online systems for information entry and retrieval including preparing rosters· Bring your attention to detail, professionalism and integrity to ensure that confidentiality is adhered to at all times.Qualifications and skills (desired/required)· Experience in a reception environment is highly regarded· Administration skills are essential· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and SharepointTime RequiredVolunteers required to cover shifts from 9.30-12.30pm Tuesday - Thursday
