The Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly engaged and passionate Zone Manager (Reporting to the State Operations Manager) to deliver business results through the exceptional leadership of our New South Wales team. The role is based from our Huntingwood office. The Zone covers from Hills and north shore up to New England regions. This is a critical leadership role and the successful person will be expected to deliver on business priorities through rigorous discipline of in field execution and talent management. Your hands-on approach will see you in the field coaching your team multiple days per week. The Accountabilities Lead, coach and develop a large team (circa 8 Territory Managers and 24 Merchandisers); create and maintain a high-performance environment whilst driving a strong team culture. Be a strong contributor within the NSW leadership team. Execute business activity plans to a superior level. Deliver sustainable customer satisfaction through contact and engagement. Always provide a safe working environment for your team. Travel regionally as required. The Ingredients for Success Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role: Previous Field Management experience and /or people leadership roles within FMCG. The hunger to drive and exceed all sales targets. Proven ability to build effective teams and coach/develop others. Capability to build strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders. Strong communication and time management skills. A genuine passion for continual improvement.
