You will have a natural gift for hospitality and be able to motivate and lead your team.You will be a master of all trades, epitomize great bar service, have a structured and systematic approach to training, preparation and shift management, and knowledge of food, wine and cocktail trends. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the day-to-day venue operations Stimulate, manage and train your team to minimise staff turnover Deliver consistent, high quality customer service Venue opens/closes, Cash reconciliation, Rostering, Ordering Management of OH&S and RSA in line with company policies General marketing duties and event supervision DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Ability to work in fast paced and high-pressure situations Previous experience as a Venue Manager preferred However, capable F&B stars of all levels are encouraged to apply! Have strong F&B service skills and knowledge A passion for wine, cocktails + a real "foody" outlook would be perfect!
