About Your New Role ARH Baulkham Hills are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced nurse with HR experience, who is looking to step up into a Practice Manager position however doesn’t want to fully move away from the clinical aspects. Full-time position Managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, including stock management, people management, rostering and change management  Undertaking general nursing tasks Leading and developing our team and building a positive team culture Monitoring monthly financial performance and team performance, whilst implementing actions to encourage improvement Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and owners About You Industry experience (preferred but not essential) 3+ years' experience in a management position, leading a team and fostering a positive culture Strong leadership and team building skills, with the ability to provide coaching and guidance to team members HR experience with performance monitoring and management Experience with Rx works (preferred but not essential) Strong communication and customer service skills Good business acumen and organisational skills Friendly, respectful, team player attitude Passion for continuous learning Must be able to work flexible hours We Offer This position offers an opportunity to work with some of the best clinicians in their field, in a professional and challenging yet enjoyable workplace.
