What this opportunity involves:As the Facilities Manager, you will manage the day-to-day client activities for the assigned portfolio of properties composed of around 92,000 sqm situated in our state government account. You will be the key point of contact for key stakeholders and clients.Working with the team, you will assume overall responsibility for compliance, site budgets, accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, contract services, material purchasing, supplies & equipment, occupancy services and helpdesk interactions.An Overview of the role: Work in conjunction with the Helpdesk and manage escalations regarding contractor mattersLiaise and manage the Helpdesk to ensure works are completed in accordance with Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) in a timely manner and in accordance with the budget.Effectively analyse fault logging records to identify trends and implement mitigation plans accordinglyManage asset register including building, plant and equipment inspections and reportingEnsure works do not impede occupation and/or operation of the facility without client approvalOversee compliance across the portfolio in relation to contracts, budget, KPI’s, stakeholders and JLLAssist in budgeting and forecasting process and provide financial data to Finance Manager as requiredActively foster an environment encompassing teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal successImplement, comply with all internal management systems such as Corrigo, JLL onsite, CMO and iComplyStrive to achieve and maintain government sustainability aspirations, work collectively with ESS teamSounds like you?
