Field Service Technician

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Deliver a first-class service to our customers across automotive, mining, marine, rail, industrial, agricultural, and power generation. Diagnose and repair engines.Inspect and replace components as required.Engine rebuilding and reconditioningEnsure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues / incidents to the Service SupervisorComplete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens To be successful in this role, you will need the following: On highway Automotive experience (Kenworth, Western Star & Mack)AUR Trade certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical TechnologyService DocumentationTechnical EscalationDiagnostics ApplicationElectronic Service ToolEngine Systems InteractionsHealth and Safety FundamentalsThis position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
