ABOUT THE ROLE: Permanent position available Personal Care Assistants at Mercy Place Nixon, Mercy Place Corben, Mercy Place Northcliffe - Night shift, Morning shift, Afternoon shift Summary of the role: Join our friendly team of Personal Care Assistants at Mercy Place Nixon, Mercy Place Corben, Mercy Place Northcliffe and provide high quality care to our residents. Full Time / Part Time positions available at Mentone, Mordialloc, Edithvale Provide quality resident-focused care utilising a person-centred approach and in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies/procedures of Mercy Health Provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care Work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information Preferred availability during the evening, over-night and weekends. Salary is in line with Enterprise Agreement and will be based on your years of experience (hourly base rate between $25.117-$27.8368) ABOUT YOU: Certificate III or IV in Aged Care Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills Ability to operate in a team environment and report/document in line with requirements Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care.
