What We Are Looking For Multi-site store management experience in fashion retail Proven experience in recruiting and developing teams Proven track record to meet sales and KPI budgets Self motivated and ability to motivate a team which is driven by sales and thrives on challenges Work well under pressure Hands on and self motivated Capable of taking responsibility for your personal and region's results Desire to establish a long term career What Your Day Will Involve Train teams to organise and maintain large volume of stock, with a high visual merchandise appeal Empower and train your teams to perform at their best Ensure sales and KPI budgets are being met Manage stock and expenses within your region Prepare and manage staff rosters in-line with sales achievement Train teams to balance both customer service and administrative duties Why Should You Apply?
