About the role This is a new role due to regional growth.  Based in Cowra, you will support the At Home Manager to deliver high quality care and services that optimise the health and well-being of our customers and support their independence to remain living at home. You will collaborate with team members to embed a culture of best practice, innovation and continuous improvement overseeing a passionate team of operational staff.
