About the role

Working in a collaborative and supportive team, the Administration Coordinator provides administrative and project support to the COO and Corporate Services departments; including Finance, Marketing, ICT and People & Culture. They are a valued and respected source of information and are known as someone who takes action to support the needs of the Corporate Services team and the broader organisation.

This is a varied and busy role, requiring a high level of organisation to manage the fast pace of the corporate services teams, and growth of our organisation. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • General office administrative duties
  • Data tracking, record keeping and managing spreadsheets
  • Developing comprehensive reports, correspondence and presentations
  • Organising and scheduling meetings
  • Assisting team managers with projects, as required
  • Developing and maintaining key stakeholder and industry relationships
  • Increasing the awareness and prosperity of Cire Services programs

This part-time, ongoing opportunity is based in Lilydale, working 30.4hrs/4 days per week, there will be some flexibility with days and hours.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong administration and coordination skills, including a high level of attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
  • Extensive knowledge of contemporary office administration practices and procedures
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly MS Office
  • A working understanding of privacy and handling highly confidential, sensitive information
  • The ability to manage challenging situations with calmness and professionalism
  • A qualification in Business Administration or equivalent will be highly regarded
  • Experience within the not-for-profit sector will also be highly regarded
  • Hold a valid and current approved Victorian Driver's License with access to a reliable car
  • Currently hold, or are willing to undertake, certifications including a Working with Children Check and National Police Check
