About the role As a full time, Occupational Therapist, you will work across the Perth region providing care for our elderly or disabled community in the comfort of their home with our home visiting service. You will conduct assessments relating to Occupational Therapy and tailor and manage treatment plans to suits the client's needs. You will engage with other Allied Health Professionals, GPs and other Health Care Professionals to provide effective care to your patient, whilst maintaining a positive relationship with Case Managers, GPs and other referrers. Here's what we're looking for: Professional registration with AHPRA Qualification as an Occupational Therapist Hold a valid driver's licence, access to own vehicle and comprehensive car insurance.  Ability to complete NDIS clearances.
