Our team is focusing on meeting the needs of fully diversified businesses including retail, manufacturing, wholesale, and property investment typically with turnovers of $3M to $30 and commercial debt facilities from $1M to $10M. And we have an exciting opportunity in our Glen Waverley office for an experienced Business Banking Analyst.Do Work That Matters:As a Credit Analyst in commercial banking your day-to-day work will cover a broad range of activities including client and industry research, complex financial analysis, modelling and risk assessments. We are looking for a curious individual with exceptional analytical abilities, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for customer satisfaction.More Specifically, You Will:Assess complex creditworthiness, oversee applications, conduct due diligence, and model financial risk.Prioritise quality, credit management, portfolio monitoring, revenue growth, and loss minimisation.Support Relationship Executives to align client needs, enhance service, and strategize product offerings.Maintain data integrity, ensure compliance, and analyse client data.Research new prospects, manage credit submissions, and conduct annual reviews promptly. We want to hear from you if you have:Exceptional financial analysis and modelling skills, a business/commerce degree with accounting experience.Adaptable, independent and a collaborator with effective communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.The ability to quickly gain an understanding of complex transactions and to prioritise risk, compliance, and credit assurance.The ability to quickly gain an understanding of complex transactions.We support our people with the flexibility to balance their work.
