Our client is a leading exporter of fresh produce based in Australia, dedicated to delivering premium quality table grapes to international markets. As they continue to expand their global footprint, we are currently recruiting for a talented and experienced Export Logistics Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The Export Logistics Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating the export logistics process for table grapes, ensuring seamless and efficient movement from farms to international destinations.  This role requires expertise in export operations, compliance, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement within the perishable food industry, with a specific focus on table grape exports. In this role, your main duties and responsibilities will include: Coordinate Export Operations:  Oversee all aspects of the export process, including planning, bookings, scheduling, and documentation. Liaise with Stakeholders:  Collaborate with internal teams, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth export logistics. Compliance and Documentation:  Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and prepare export documentation accurately and efficiently. Freight Management:  Select and negotiate contracts with freight providers to optimise shipping operations. Risk Management:  Identify and mitigate potential risks in the export process and develop contingency plans. Performance Monitoring:  Track KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement. Continuous Improvement:  Identify opportunities for process optimisation and cost reduction within the export logistics function. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. Proven experience in export logistics, preferably in perishable food products, with expertise in fruit exports. Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in shipment tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
