We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Human Resources Administrator professional who possesses excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage seamlessly with individuals across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, managers, and front-line staff alike.Responsibilities and Duties: Provide general administration support to the HR Manager.Contribute in reviewing and developing HR policies and procedures.Support managers in relation to HR processes such as performance appraisals, disciplinary procedures, and policy interpretation.Issue and process letters of offer and employment status changes.Proactively recruit and onboard staff including engagement with local job providers and other relevant external agencies.Maintain personnel databases, including employee records and performance management data.Process applications for allowance payments, leave requests, flexible working arrangements and other HR matters.Respond to HR queries from staff and managers.Assist in maintaining an up to date database all Annual Performance Reviews and Supervisions across the organisation. Personal Attributes: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.High attention to detail and accuracy. To be successful you must have: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar, or minimum 1-2 years working in similar role.Sound knowledge of the application of Victorian and Federal laws and regulations in employee engagement.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.The ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
