The Company We are currently working with a well known ASX listed organisation based in the CBD. As the team expands we are currently recruiting for a vibrant and driven individual to step into the role of Senior Financial Accountant. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial reporting and statutory compliance. Your key responsibilities will include: Lead and oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts, financial, and operational reports within specified timelines. Develop and uphold processes and controls as key performance indicators of business success. Prepare accounting documentation and facilitate End-of-Month journal entries for management accounts. Generate and distribute necessary financial reports from the financial system. Ensure compliance with relevant monitoring and control mechanisms throughout the reporting process. Assist in the preparation of Annual and Half-Year Financial Reports, collaborating with auditors as necessary. Contribute to team mentoring by offering support and guidance. Your profile CA/CPA qualification Experience liaising with external auditors Strong understanding of accounting standards Skilled in preparing statutory financial statements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to build rapport with ease
