EXCITING LOCAL ROLE - WARRNAMBOOL Office based - chance to be involved with everything admin/customer service/sales support Leading Australian owned manufacturer - national coverage Highly reputable range of quality products - this business is a "go-to" in the market This is a company well known with an excellent reputation for excellence in service Your chance to take on responsibility - training on systems and other functions provided THE POSITION COVERS; sales support; customer service, admin and more Duties: front office (reception, customer service), showroom as needed; assistance to sales with preparation of presentations, quotes etc; ordering product and organisation of related deliveries; working with client database and spreadsheets; general admin to ensure all gets done efficiently and on time - it is a broad position description to say the least YOU must: be confident in your skills and abilities; have good solid admin/sales support experience; strong admin to step up and be organised and happy too roll up your sleeves Preferably you will have worked with a produce and the ability to read building plans would be a distinct advantage Friendly hours, Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5:00pm and finish early on Fridays at 4:00pm Negotiable salary to attract the right person If you like being busy and are not afraid to learn and take on responsibility then this is for you.
