With a growing presence in the Residential Property Management space across 21 properties and 4000 apartments in Queensland, we are expanding business and rapidly growing our portfolio. We seek EOI’s for Residential Property Managers & Assistant Property Managers to join our RESIpm QLD team. You will be involved in all aspects of building management duties across both prestigious portfolios, ensuring the asset is kept to high standards, including ensuring that maintenance is organised according to schedules, and common areas are kept up to standards. What the role involves: Partner with committee members to ensure building activity is communicated Manage and coordinate large strata plans, implementing and communicating property by-laws Managing scheduled statutory certification and inspections of the common properties An understanding of defect management, coordination of contractors, managing warranties, and planning activity according to the project plan Review tender service contracts and provide appropriate scope of work for each contract. Organise, manage, and monitor all facets of the estate operations to maximise cost efficiencies and income streams with rental and re-sales. A high level of customer service, developing and maintaining relationships with all property stakeholders, including owners, tenants, clients, and committees. Ensuring the estate is kept to exceptional presentation and standards Sounds like you? This is what we’re looking for: Real Estate Certificate of Registration with QLD Office of Fair Trading is required Strong administrative skills focused on professionally written communication, highly organised, strategic planning, resourceful, and close attention to detail Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Excel, Word, and being adept in technology.
