Your Role: As a Field Service Technician, you will be essential in the, installation maintenance and ongoing technical customer support, ensuring that their clients receive unparalleled service.   Your key responsibilities will include: Installation & Commissioning: Expertly install and commission lab water purification systems at various client locations, ensuring peak performance from the start. Maintenance & Servicing: Conduct regular maintenance and servicing to keep systems operating smoothly, minimizing downtime and ensuring reliability. Repairs: Swiftly diagnose and repair issues with precision, reducing disruptions for our clients. Validation: Validate and calibrate equipment to meet industry standards and client specifications. Customer Support: Offer outstanding support and training, helping clients maximize the use of our systems. Travel: Embrace a dynamic role with frequent travel to diverse locations, providing new challenges and experiences every day. A little about you: Although it is not necessarily essential you have water purifications experience, hands on mechanical aptitude is certainly required.  This organisation are willing to trin the right person who displays a level of technical competence and customer focus. Experience: Previous field service experience is ideal. However, know how with lab equipment or water purification is desired but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided. Problem-Solving Skills: Efficient at diagnosing and troubleshooting issues. Customer Focus: Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Adaptability: Willingness to travel and adapt to varying work environments. Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others.
