About the Role We are seeking a skilled, professional, creative and dynamic Teacher to join our team. Create a learning environment which stimulates learning and promotes excellence. Communicate in a clear, respectful and professional way in order to optimise each student’s development. Identify learner needs, by analysing data and collaborating with specialist staff to create teaching and learning programs. Designs and implements lessons using learning intentions and success Acknowledges and encourages the needs of students to be both challenged and supported. Provide timely and useful feedback about completed assessment items to students. Fulfil all requirements relating to assessment and its documentation. Maintain professional confidentiality on information about students. Be proficient in the use of IT as a teaching and administrative tool. Qualifications Must hold a relevant Working with Children Registration (WWCC) and Teaching Accreditation (NESA)  Must have completed relevant Education/Teaching tertiary qualification  Essential Criteria Ability to maximise student learning and engagement through the delivery of various teaching strategies, employing effective and high impact pedagogical practices; Capacity to work collegially with a range of people and to evaluate professional practices for improvement; Strong commitment to participating in the School’s pastoral care program and building positive relationships; and Active and continuous professional learning that is relevant to their specific discipline, as well as concerns and debates in the education sphere more generally.
