About the roleWe are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our busy Sydney team on a 6 month fixed term contract to assist over harvest. This role will be a hybrid of office based work and working from home. You will be assisting with collections and escalation of overdue debt. Other key responsibilities of the role will include Develop & Maintain Relationships with key stakeholders Maintain high level of Customer Service Collections and debtor management Coordinate banking transactions & maintain clear transaction records Follow-up to resolve unallocated or disputed items Generate reports & perform account reconciliations About your experienceCandidates will have prior experience in an accounts receivable, ideally in a high-volume environment working with small business customers using SAP. Candidates will also be able to display: Customer service experience Ability to work autonomously & to deadlines High level of attention to detail In addition to providing proof of working rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undertake a national police check, credit check, bankruptcy check.
