PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES : (Include but not limited to:) **

  • Interact with guests in a polite and friendly manner, answering queries and attending to their needs
  • Complete core tasks such as but not limited to data entry, reporting and ad hoc administration duties as delegated by the Office Administration Manager
  • Provide support to Office Administration Manager and sales staff in daily sales administration duties
  • Display leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peers and managers. Support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible.
  • Follow all Company policies and procedures and adhere to industry and Company best practices
  • Display integrity and attention to detail when receiving cash payments, reconcile and balancing cash floats daily
  • Provide and maintain a safe environment for all children attending the children’s centre
  • Stay current with required government licenses, certification, work permits, etc. where required
  • Maintain standard of appearance in the common areas, administration office, childrens centre and staff lounge as needed
  • Display a high standard of professional and personal conduct at all times
  • Employees must ensure they comply with WDAP’s OH&S Policy, procedures and any reasonable instruction given by WDAP.
  • Employees must not wilfully place at risk the health and safety of themselves or any other persons in the workplace and to not wilfully or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided for health and safety.

  • Provide and maintain a safe environment for all children attending the Kids Club
  • Ability to build instant rapport with children of all ages, and their parents

  • Extensive exposure to OHS workplace practices
