We are looking for a Region Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing a team of valuers with the goal of ensuring that property valuations meet the highest standards within NAB. You'll be responsible for leading teams in residential andmercial projects, managing budgets and large and small project deadlines, as well as establishing strategic direction. Your role will give you the opportunity to sink your teeth into leading some exciting valuation projects by: Coaching, leading, and mentoring the valuations team in line with their individual development plans Conduct training sessions and team meeting locally and nationally Conduct valuation assignments for clients across all asset types Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers by providing impartial advice on market conditions Produce reports in line with industry best practice standards We will invest in you At NAB we have an amazing Distinctive Leadership program for all our leaders to grow their skill set and network with leaders at all levels.
