Assistant Store Manager - Highpoint

The flagship of the West, Highpoint, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will lead the Apparel department for mens and womens and be able to take it to the next level. With Retail Apparel and Management expereince, you will take on the departments in an entrepreneurial way to maximise sales, gross profits and build the space into the store's highest trader. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for: Driving sales and KPI targets on a daily basis Regular stock management and reporting Developing sales and merchandising skills within your directly reporting team members Ensure the customer perspective is a driving force behind management decisions and store activitiesFoster a collaborative, fun and results driven team environment About you: Previous/ Current Retail Managment experience within ApparelStrong visual merchandising standards and attention to detailConfident and clear communication skillsWell-developed interpersonal skills and influencing sales skillsStrong mentoring and coaching abilitiesThe ability to multitask and excel under pressureComputer literacyBe First Aid Qualified, or be willing to be trained at the businesses expense Why work at Harris Scarfe?
