If you've ever wanted to work with one of Australia's most recognised and renowned beauty brands, this this is your opportunity.    Due to continued growth, this client is seeking a Project and Production Manager to support their existing team for a 3-6 month assignment. This role is crucial in facilitating the smooth operation of in-house teams, including content creation and design, to service the entire business effectively.    In this role, you'll be supporting the team with project management and workflow coordination, capable of managing multiple work streams within marketing including Content, Design, VM, Events, Digital Marketing, as well as across the wider company.    You'll be taking briefs and handling any ad hoc requests, and your traffic management skills will be able to prioritise the work coming through.    You'll have prior experience in oversee upcoming large scale projects (such as new brand launches), by coordinating teams, managing timelines and deliverables and you'll act as the guardian of the project workflow, providing a top-level overview.    You'll have great interpersonal skills and will be collaborating closely with the Marketing Production Manager and other stakeholders to prioritise tasks, manage resources effectively, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.  This will include a strong understanding of all touch-points in the production process, including print production, to facilitate smooth execution. You'll ideally have previous agency experience or similar, with a strong understanding of project and production management in a fast-paced environment.    This will offer you the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously, highlighting you strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively    You'll have experience in managing budgets and resources to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints. This assignment is due to start early April, and is an onsite requirement based in the inner suburbs of Melbourne.
