Home & Investment Lending Associate / Manager

This role is either at an Associate Level or a Manager level, experience will determine which role is better suited. The role is based largely full-time in the branch.The associate role you will be expected to have some lending experience in Home Lending and for the Manager role, extensive lending experience and a substantial referral network.You will be responsible for identifying the most appropriate products and solutions to meet your customer’s needs and ensuring lending administrative activities are completed accurately and on time.You will also be involved in other branch activities to provide the customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer’s end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating on digital solutions. You will look to deliver the best possible customer experience. What will you bring?
