What we need from you:

Qualifications in Psychology or Mental Health Social Work
Current AHPRA registration or AASW membership
Broad experience providing individual coaching, counselling and support for personal and work-related issues
A strong understanding of workplace and organisational dynamics and performance frameworks
Experience in Critical Incident Response and trauma informed intervention or a dedicated willingness to learn
Desirable experience in workplace intervention strategies such as facilitated discussions, training and development, workplace behaviour coaching etc
