About The Role

As the Customer Service Administrator, the key function of your role is to support Buildsafe administration processes and the Customer Service team using Buildsafe digital and call systems to process outbound and inbound customer correspondence. You will assist in scheduling work for our branches and provide support to our Branch Managers, Installers, Clients and Construction Supervisors.

You will be responsible for:

  • Administration and accurate data entry
  • Outbound calls to gather information from clients
  • Scheduling jobs between trucks to service various building sites

About you

We are looking for an experienced administrator who would consider themselves a high achiever and team player. Working in an open plan environment, you will be flexible, approachable, a problem solver with an eye for detail. You must be a confident communicator and have the ability to learn quickly whilst working within a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills & Attributes :

  • Recent experience in an office environment, within either Customer Service or Administration
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and follow through ability
  • Excellent communication skills; both verbally and written and an outstanding telephone manner
  • Time management and organisational skills are key
  • IT savvy, with experience in Microsoft Office suite
  • A background in liaising with customers in a high-volume environment will be desirable
  • Knowledge of the building industry would be highly regarded, but not essential
