We are looking for an experienced Level 1/2 Help Desk support officer to join our IT Service Delivery Team based in Kilcoy.  This is a full-time position, the successful candidate will be assigned to either orange shift or blue shift, we are looking for someone who is flexible with hours and days as you will be required to work overtime. Location: Kilcoy ABOUT YOU YOUR RESPONSILBITIES Providing frontline support in a fast-paced environment, you will be responding to, following up and resolving technical issues that end users encounter. You will be providing remote and face to face 1st and 2nd level support across Windows, Microsoft Office, desktop hardware, network troubleshooting, production hardware and business applications. TO BE SUCCESSFUL You have in-depth knowledge of computer systems, networks, and appropriate software applications and a passion for all things IT!  Your real flair lies in your ability to communicate with all levels of users both remotely and face to face and being a true team colleague, whose energy and enthusiasm inspires others. In this role, you will bring: Previous experience in a Level 1/2 Help Desk Support type role. Sound communication skills both written and oral with good listening and comprehension. The ability to explain complex issues simply to a mixed audience with varying levels of technical understanding of ICT systems. Proven ability to successfully troubleshoot and problem solve issues relating to both software and hardware in a real-time environment. The ability to work on both urgent unplanned problem resolution and engage in proactive ICT development and maintenance activities. Experience of managing workloads through a Service Desk Ticketing System, within Service Level Agreements.
